- gain mental clarity
- improve immune support

4. The Mind-Body Connection & how Self-Massage fosters holistic health

5. Personalized Self-Care tips for your current concerns

Recommended if you have been:

Fees include all materials for the workshop, including use of RU:KRM the Self-Massage Cream developed by Lily (the founder of self-massage method) specially for Lilynage which incorporates Deep Lymphatic Self-Massage. (Available for purchase on our webshop here)

Cancellation policy:
No cancellation or refund is allowed once payment is made. If you have an illness that does not allow you to attend the workshop, you may use the credits towards another workshop or to purchase creams from our webshop.
