Returns and Refunds Policy


1.Prior to the commencement of any services, Client confirms that he/she has read kokoro salon’s Health and Safety Notice and is in full agreement with the content thereof.

2. Client agrees to promptly and fully disclose to kokoro salon any injury, condition or impairment which may have a deleterious effect on or be impacted by this guided Self-Massage program. In the event that kokoro salon makes a decision to discontinue the services because of any physical condition of the Client which presents an adverse risk or threat to the Client’s health or safety, the Client shall abide by the decision.

3. If the Client is late, the session will only last until the time that it was originally scheduled to end, i.e. the time at which the session ends will not be pushed back if the Client arrives late to the session.

4.Any tardiness of more than ten minutes or absence without proper notification will result in the loss of the session.

5. If a session needs to be cancelled for any reason other than an emergency, a 24-hour notice must be given to kokoro salon. Failure to do so will result in the Client forfeiting the session and no payment reimbursement will be granted.

6. No refunds will be granted, except for medical reasons, which must be endorsed by your physician.

7. No implied warranties or representations are made other than those expressly contained herein. Kokoro salon expressly states that results will differ for clients based upon various factors, including but not limited to body type, nutrition, etc. No guarantee of results is possible.

8. If kokoro salon is late for a session, that time shall be owed to the Client at no additional charge.

9. kokoro salon will maintain an open line of communication throughout the entire period of provision of services.

 

WAIVER AND INDEMNITY


In consideration of the goods and/or provided by kokoro salon,
Client, for himself/herself and on behalf of Client’s heirs, executors,
administrators, personal representatives and assigns, shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless kokoro salon and their instructors, advisors, affiliates, heirs, and representatives, (collectively, “kokoro salon”) from any and all claims , demands, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, causes of action and/or damages arising from or relating in any way to the provision of the
goods and/or services by kokoro salon to the Client. 


At kokoro salon, we are dedicated to ensuring your contentment with every purchase.

In the event that you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase, we maintain a returns and refunds policy for your convenience. We strongly advise reviewing this policy thoroughly before making a purchase to acquaint yourself with our guidelines.

Returns

Should you find your purchase unsatisfactory, you can return any item bought from our online store within 7 days of receiving it.

For a return to be eligible, the item must remain in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. Registered mail is highly recommended as kokoro salon will not be responsible for
any packages that are lost or damaged upon return.
All postal fees, custom duties and taxes will be borne by the customer.

Please note, we cannot accept returns for used items.

To initiate a return, kindly email us at info@kokoro-salon.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Upon receipt of your request, we will furnish you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return process.

In the instance of a defective or damaged item, please reach out to us at info@kokoro-salon.com, providing your order number and a description of the defect or damage. We may request photographs or other evidence of the issue. Once received, we'll guide you on the return process.

Refunds

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure compliance with our return policy. If the item aligns with our requirements, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note, any bank fees or charges incurred during the refund process are not within our responsibility, unless the item is deemed faulty or damaged.

Exchanges
Regrettably, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Should you wish to exchange an item, kindly follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Exceptions

Please be aware that the following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Used items

  • Services such as Workshops/Classes (in person or online)

Legal Disclaimer

Our returns and refunds policy adheres to the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Sale of Goods Act in Singapore. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the laws of Singapore, the laws of Singapore shall take precedence.

We reserve the right to modify our policy at any time without prior notice. Any revisions to the policy will be published on our website.
