Reason for starting Lilynage®︎ in the first place:
I was looking for things I could do on my own to improve my sensitivity to cold and reduce swelling in my calves, so I searched various things on Instagram and came across LILY's knee massage videos.

Changes in my body due to Lilynage®︎:
Because I can relieve fatigue and swelling on my own, I've noticed a reduction in discomforts of my body! My normal body temperature has even increased by 0.5℃!

Changes in my mind due to Lilynage®︎:
Now I've become aware when I'm pushing myself too hard and I've learned that I'm making an effort. I no longer think everything about myself is hopeless. I've started to want to take care of myself. I've learned to accept that it's okay not to be perfect.

Reasons why I can continue with Lilynage®︎:
My body feels better. I can organize my thoughts. The connection with other Lilynage®︎ practitioners is wonderful.

Impressions and words I want to share with people who want to try Lilynage®︎ for the first time:
It's okay to start with a short time, and it's okay if you don't know the procedure. Touch a comfortable spot at your own pace. If you can redirect the feelings you usually send outward back to yourself, you'll want to do more and more Lilynage®︎. Have fun with it!
